The days sure did go by very fast since me and my family moved down here to Florida for the past 6 months! Wow...6 months!

When we took our 3 day drive from NYC to Florida, thanks to me for doing my homework in advance in which hotels to stay at that accepts pets. Plus helping my father use the navigation system to get to our destination as well! We went from Georgia, Virginia and finally Jacksonville, FL!

When we reached Florida, we stood at my grandmothers home for a good month and half till we did some house hunting and found a rent to own house in the area of Kissimmee! After enduring a "not so comforting stay in" at my grandmothers home after a week of staying in because of her "opinions" on things we did or say. So after leaving in December, we were relieved to find a house to call our own for now at that moment.

As the days went by, I've made friends at my local hall, I'm taking driving lessons from a school that gives me hands on behind the wheel for the next 10 days (So far 5 days already passed and my driving skills are getting better!), I'm keeping myself fit and shape since the community we're living in has a club house and looking for a job too! The job hunting is so different than in NYC, everything is the internet in Florida! Wanna look for a job? Internet. Wanna apply for a job? Internet. Wanna fill out a form for a doctor? Internet! lol Anyway...I'm doing the best in adjusting to a new environment and so far it's going very well than expected.  I hope to visit my friends in NYC around in October and stay in for a week.
